These terms govern your use of New American Tradesman (newamericantradesman.com), operated by Orange Dog Properties LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “NAT”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Description of Service

New American Tradesman publishes business-operations content for trade business owners — pricing, crew management, cash flow, marketing, and leadership. All articles are free to read and will remain free regardless of whether you hold a paid subscription. Separately, we offer (or plan to offer) a suite of calculators and tools (“Tools”) gated behind a paid subscription, described below.

User Accounts

Once account features launch, creating an account (or subscribing to Tools) requires an email address and will use our authentication system to sign you in and maintain your session. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at hello@newamericantradesman.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription, Payment & Refunds

Tools are offered on a single-tier annual subscription, currently priced at $39/year. This price is subject to change; we’ll give notice before any change takes effect for existing subscribers. A subscription unlocks the Tools suite only — every article on the site is free and accessible whether or not you subscribe.

Payments are processed by Stripe. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase or a renewal, we’ll issue a full refund. After 30 days, refunds for the remainder of your subscription term are pro-rated based on time remaining. You can cancel anytime, self-service, through Stripe’s hosted customer portal — cancellation stops future renewals and, where a refund applies, is processed automatically per the policy above.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, systematically copy, or republish site content without our permission
• Share paid Tools access with people outside your own account
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its accounts, or its systems

Intellectual Property

All articles, tools, graphics, and other content on this site are owned by Orange Dog Properties LLC unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may read and share links to our content, but you may not reproduce, republish, or distribute it without our prior written permission.

All content on this site — articles, tools, and calculators alike — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orange Dog Properties LLC and its officers, employees, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including business decisions made using our tools or articles. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms
